INTRODUCING FIRST TIME IN THE WORLD

  • World class state-of-the-art butt surface fusion technology for manufacturing of polypropylene pickling tank / Plastic Pickling Tanks.

  • Introduction of weld less radius corner in "U" profile using high-tech hydraulic thermo radius machine imported from Japan.

  • Polypropylene tanks are designed on "Rita" program module being introduced to India by Arvind Anticor incorporates latest advances in thermoplastic now being widely adopted by European countries.

  • PP tanks are welded as per standard DVS 2225 laid down by German welding society.

  • Anticor pp tanks have been internationally recognized and approved during "wire & tube 2004" exhibition held in dusseldorf Germany and china.

  • Average tank life is 15 to 20 years.

ARVIND ANTICOR LTD.

Arguments for selection of "Anticor" Pickling System, Tanks & Fume Scrubbing Exhaust System.

  • Anticor offer world class tanks designed on "Rita" engineering program module being introduced to India by "Anticor" Pickling Plant & Tanks.

  • Tanks manufactured with world class manufacturing process with European technology. Tank have been internationaly recognized and approved during "wire & tube" 2004 at dusseldr of Germany and china.

  • Tanks are welded with most modern reliable welding technology assures ( butt fusion press and hot gas extrusion process ) superior welding integrity.

  • Anticor have their staff trained aboard to get first hand welding technology.

  • "Anticor" Polypropylene Tanks (Plastic Tanks) are reinforced by massive steel support structure to enable tank load up to 10 tons.

  • Anticor tanks are inspected & tested in terms of hydro test. High frequency spark test, vacuum leakage. Welding joints are subjected to 3 point bend test and impact resistance test.

  • Anticor has capability of producing tanks up to 50 meters long.

  • Welding is carried tanks up as per DVS 2225 standard laid down by German welding society.

  • Anticor is first company to introduce automated hot gas extrusion and fusion welding technology in India.

  • Anticor has produced some of the longest polypropylene tank in the world made out from 50 mm thick polypropylene.

  • Anticor has produced more than thousand of tanks of different sizes & variety.

  • Anticor organization is employed with 80 trained skilled personnel enjoy working in 2200 sq mtr of sprawling most modern state-of-the-art factory at Ahmedabad.

  • Average life of Aanticor Polypropylene Pickling Tanks (Acid Proof Plastic Tanks) are 15 years.

  • Stress normalization is carried out after the thermoradius and welding process against stress fatigue failure ensure longer life.

  • Pickling process know how and technology are offered to our customers.

  • Anticor have after sales service department and have done services at customer premises.

  • Environmental issues are extremely important to us at Anticor family and therefore Anticor offers fume extraction and scrubbing system to customers.

  • Introducing first time in the world the thermoplastic surface fusion technology combined feature of thermo bending for manufacture of weld less radius at corner in tank modules to enhance mechanical strength.

Comparisons of P. P. Tanks V/s MS / PP + FRP

P.P. Tank M.S. / P.P. + FRP
Reliable extrusion welding process (Imported from Germany) Hand laying manual process and therefore not reliable
Better longer service life Limited service life
Corrosion resistant to wide range of chemical Corrosion resistant to limited range of chemical
P.P. is easily can be identified Resin grade and quality brand is not easily identifiable
Liquid do not get absorbed by P.P. Liquid get absorbed in to resin
There is no dual lamination 33in P.P. Expansion / contraction rate between FRP & MS is different and therefore looses adhesive bonding
Does not get damage while loading Gets damage during loading the material
Economical Costly in long run
No maintenance Need recoating
No need of surface preparation Need sand blasting to ms prior to coating
No contamination in chemical solution during operation Iron get contaminated with chemical solution during operation
Heat loss is les compared to MS + FRP (Hence save energy) Heat loss is more compared to pp tank

Comparisons of Rubber Lining Against P.P Tank

Rubber Lining Thickness range is 4 MM to 8 MM Polypropylene is not lining and therefore Polypropylene thickness range is 10 mm to 40 mm
Lining is done manually and therefore it has human error. Welding is automatic and there fore it is reliable.
Life 5 to 7 years. Life 15 to 20 years
Ageing of rubber lining happens resulting in to cracking, rigidity of rubber, brittleness which gives failure. Polypropylene have no ageing effect.
During leakage of lining iron get dissolved and liquid get contamination, M.S. tank get corroded.  Polypropylene tank does not have iron tail. leakage can be seen no iron contamination, no corrosion.
Location joint failure in rubber lining is difficult. Locating leakage is very easy.
Ms rubber lined tank is heavy in weight. Polypropylene tank are lighter in weight and they are  mobile.
Rubber is lined and they are lined in ms tank. Polypropylene is not lined in tank. Polypropylene itself is tank in mild steel skeleton frame.
Rubber has porosity. Polypropylene is solid and non porous material.
Rubber is soft material. Polypropylene is hard and rigid material.
Easily get damaged. Very difficult to get damaged.
Virginity of rubber is questionable. Polypropylene can be easily identified and tested for virginity.
Surface preparation and clean Surface is crucial for adhesion. Polypropylene is not being adhered to m.s tank
Joint blistering is common problem. There is not overlap joint. no blister.
Require full support of mild steel. Polypropylene require only skeleton frame.
Disbanding and air pocket is a regular problem.. There is no bonding, no air pocket in Polypropylene welding.
Rubber is bonded by adhesive. Polypropylene is not bonded by adhesive. tank is made out of P.P. it self
Sand blasting can not be compromised. Sand blasting not required.
Heat loss missed Heat loss is very less.
It require regular maintenance It is maintenance free.

Comparisons of P.P. Tank (Plastic Tank) & A P Brick Lining Tank

P.P. tank A.P. BRICK LINI
PP is solid Bricks are porous
P.P. does not leave loose particle Brick always leaves loose particle
Welding joint by P.P. only ( same ) Joint material is not known
Welding is done by hot gas extrusion process Joint is manually done and therefore not reliable
Testing / inspection is possible Testing is difficult ( only by level )
Leakage is not possible Floor & walls gets wet & socked with acid & chemicals
Leakage can be seen Due to leakage finding leakage locations difficult
Welding is done once-no service is required Regularly rejoining to be done service is required
P.P. does not get socked with liquid Bricks consume liquid by socking
P.P. is clean & neat Bricks are messy
P.P. joints are homogenously welded Joints get damaged glue expansion during heating
P.P. tanks can be moved relocated Brick tanks can not be moved & relocated
